Using BuildTogether
By using BuildTogether, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account, the information you post, and activity carried out through your account. Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information when using the service.
Respectful participation
Use the platform lawfully and treat other members respectfully. Do not post material that is fraudulent, harmful, infringing, or intended to harass others. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, access another person’s account, or collect information from the platform without permission.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting it, you give BuildTogether permission to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to share what you post. Content placed in public areas, including profiles, projects, tasks, and forum posts, may be seen by others.
Collaborations and payments
BuildTogether helps people discover each other and discuss opportunities. Members are responsible for agreeing on project scope, deadlines, payment, intellectual property, and other working arrangements directly with each other. BuildTogether is not a party to those arrangements and does not process or guarantee payments between members.
Availability and moderation
We may change or discontinue features, and may remove content or restrict accounts when needed to protect the service or its users. The service is provided as available; uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. See our privacy policy for information about personal data.
